I) CORPORATE TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME

Biyani’s Group of Colleges has initiated a unique Corporate Traineeship Programme. The highlight of the programme is as under:-
  • Focus on “Application of Knowledge” and “Learning by Doing” through our unique Corporate Traineeship Programme.
  • Industry seen by us a large classroom with the capacity to transform a theoretically groomed individual into a practically oriented knowledge worker
  • Gives the Industry leverage to groom executives for managerial roles

Programme Highlights
  • No recruitment cost - Candidates are provided by BIYANI’s.
  • No training cost - Candidates pursue a relevant in-house training programme at the college at our own cost.
  • Reduced Attrition Rate - Candidates work with the company for the full duration of the course.
  • Higher Productivity Levels - Candidates are groomed to excel at the workplace.

WE UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGES FACED BY THE INDUSTRY TODAY:-
  • Profile Mismatch: The candidates’ profile misfits the job requirement.
  • Individual Expectations: Unrealistic aspirations of candidates vs. actual job contents.
  • Under-skilled candidate: Lack of appropriate candidates with adequate and relevant skills.
  • Non-Performance : Employees at times fail to achieve desired results due to inadequate skills and get under unavoidable pressure of work further affecting their performance.
  • Mentor Absence: Absence of consistent guidance and counseling by senior managers due to unavailability of time with them.

WE HAVE INSTITUTED THE CORPORATE TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN CORPORATE EXPECTATIONS AND THE PREPAREDNESS OF THE STUDENTS AND TO GET OUR STUDENTS READY FOR THE FOLLOWING REALITIES OF THE CORPORATE WORLD
  • Winds of Change - Customer Retention to Customer Delight
  • Shifting Paradigms – Highly dynamic Business Environment – High obsolescence
  • Human Resource Disconnect – Aspirations Vs. Reality and Expectations Vs Actual Delivery
  • Low Morale – Highly stressed employees
  • High Attrition Rates – Increased recruitment and training cost

A major initiative on the same lines is the tie-up with Vishwakarma Industries Association wherein our students are going for training to the Industries in VKIA from 2 p.m to 6
p.m every day on stipendiary basis. As a result of which students will no longer be freshers. They will gain practical exposure and add work experience to their profile.
