A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is designed to train and develop BISMA Faculty members so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young students and research scholars to take up entrepreneurship as a career. The FDP aims at developing communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving and building positive attitude for achieving high level of motivation through proper training, and inputs on resource and knowledge industries. The training methodology includes case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercise, book reviews conference and seminars. BISMA conducts two FDPs every month. Specific FDP aims at developing and nurturing the core competency and widening the horizon of faculty members. General FDPs are aimed at improving the thinking skills, over knowledge and up gradation of teaching techniques of the faculty members. Such Programme will keep the staff fully updated at all the times which ultimately will result in increasing the horizon of the students and build Attitude, Research Acumen, & inclination for taking higher assignments. 3 Day Management Seminar on "Accounting Standards & Corporate Accounting Practices” has been accomplished which was aimed at apprising, acquainting & familiarizing participants with all intricacies of key accounting topics related to accounting standards so that they acquire necessary skills for analyzing and interpreting accounting information for crucial management decisions.

A three hours Soft-skill Workshop conducted for Vodafone employees by Dr.Sanjay Biyani (Director), Brig.Randhir Singh (Dy-Driector), Dr.Meena Sogani(Principal) highlighting the importance of Leadership skills, communication skills & Team-building skills.
20- 28 Oct’09:-
An enriching 5 Days Faculty Development Programme on “How to win friends & Influence People” has been conducted by Brig.Randhir Singh (Dy-Director). The important highlights of training module were;

• Fundamental Techniques in handling people,
• Six ways to make people like you,
• How to win people to your way of thinking ,
• Be a leader: How to change people without giving offence or arousing resentment.

The workshop involved interactive sessions regarding principles contained in the book, certification testing and self evaluating exercise.

Global Talent Track has been working in sync with Biyani Group of Colleges for providing Professional Training to Biyani Faculty members from Professional Corporate Trainers. Mr Akshyadeep Mathur and Mr. Sunny has conducted workshop on Soft Skills and Technical Skills to bridge the gap between Demand and Supply of Human Capital of Industry.

Mr.C.K.Sharma enlightened us on “How to establish a Grid aimed at bringing self improvement through acquiring knowledge, building synergy and application". He has enriched us by sharing his mantra of success.
